Tombstone

This past Saturday players were given an allotted number of strokes (par+handicap) to get around the golf course in the Tombstone event. Greg Schreck, after firing a 39 on the back 9, made it the furthest around the golf course. He was followed by new Men's Club member Wayne Trahms, Dave Fensch, Doug Wallerich and Keven Knudsen. Skins winners on the day included: Dave Fensch (#3N), Pat Murphy (#15N), Greg Schreck (#16N), Doug White (#17N), Bruce Johnson (#3G), Keven Knudsen (#7,#10G), Mike Schad (#2G) and Alex Wallerich (#8,#12,#13G). Closest to the hole winners were Don Vanover (#5), Keven Knudsen (#7), and Alex Wallerich (#11,#15). Congratulations to all the winners!

Man-In-The-Box

Saturday's Man-In-The-Box event will mark the beginning on the Jewel Cup season. There will be 15 weeks during the Jewel Cup season and each player's top 11 scores will count towards their season point total. The event will begin at the normal start time of 9:00am. Please sign-up by Friday, May 28 at 3:00pm.

Member-Guest Weekend
Friday-Saturday, June 4-5
Member-Guest Weekend will be held on Friday and Saturday, June 4 and 5. Practice rounds will be available on Friday throughout the day. The cocktail reception will begin at 5:00pm and will be followed by a putting contest and live music by Timothy Howe starting at 6:00pm. The fish fry is available from 4:00 to 9:00pm and will be optional. Reservations are required. Saturday will begin with a continental breakfast at 9:30am. The 6/6/6 (Scramble/Best Ball/Modified Alternate shot) event gets under way at 11:00am. The weekend will conclude with dinner and an awards presentation following golf at 5:00pm.
